1-on1 Teacher Instructional Coaching

Service Description

Using data gained from observation, we work one-on-one with teachers to help them leverage their strengths, address gap areas, and provide a more engaging learning experience for students. As teachers, we need to see effective instruction in action. Modeling is one way to show a teacher how to implement a specific strategy. By modeling lessons that make teaching and learning visible, coaches will help teachers build a vision of effective instruction and learn processes to make your model teaching a collaborative one-on-one professional development session.
